Please read these terms carefully. By using ExporaHub you agree to them.
1. Overview
ExporaHub (“the Platform”) is an online B2B marketplace that connects independent Egyptian manufacturers and exporters (“Suppliers”) with business buyers (“Buyers”). ExporaHub is a facilitator; it is not a party to the contracts of sale formed between Suppliers and Buyers.
2. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under their account. Suppliers must be legitimately registered businesses able to export from Egypt.
3. Listings & verification
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, certifications and documents. ExporaHub verifies documentation in good faith but does not guarantee the performance of any Supplier.
4. Transactions
Prices, quantities, Incoterms, payment and delivery are agreed directly between Buyer and Supplier within verified contracts. Buyers should always inspect samples and documents before contracting.
5. Subscriptions
Supplier subscription tiers (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) are billed in EGP as displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.
6. Prohibited conduct
No fraudulent listings, counterfeit goods, misrepresentation, or circumvention of the Platform’s verification and contracting tools.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExporaHub is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users. The Platform is provided “as is”.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
